The problem
Many institutes manage enquiries, admissions, batch schedules, fee follow-ups and student records across spreadsheets, phone notes and disconnected tools. That creates repeated manual work, weak visibility for owners and a higher chance of missing important operational follow-ups.
The solution
The case study focused first on the real institute workflow: enquiry to admission, admission to batch allocation, batch to attendance, and fees to follow-up. From there, I planned the product modules, data relationships and admin screens around everyday staff actions instead of forcing users through generic CRM-style screens.
